How quickly can funds be loaded onto the Assist Card?
Top-ups are processed in real time. Once a fleet manager initiates a load through the Card Management Portal, the funds are available on the driver's card within minutes — ready to use immediately at any Visa point of sale.
Where is the Assist Card accepted?
The Assist Card works anywhere Visa is accepted — worldwide, with no geographic restrictions.
What happens if a driver's Assist Card is lost or stolen?
The Card can be blocked instantly through the Card Management Portal by the fleet manager. Because the Assist Card carries a zero balance by default — funds are only loaded when needed — a lost or stolen card has no available balance to misuse.
Is there a maximum amount that can be loaded per transaction?
The fleet manager or a previously designated authorised person has full control over the limits that may be set for each individual card. The card limits can set to 0 and later be changed by the authorised person.
